Return Policy

If you wish to return an item to us that you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, you must contact us prior to sending it back so we can make arrangements to either refund you the purchase price or replace wrong items, minus shipping. Please check your email that you used when placing the order for any information about your return. We won't leave any information over the phone.

If you want to return an item for any other reasons, you can always return the item for a refund minus $25 handling fee and you're responsible for shipping it back to us.

Be advised that diaper cakes cannot be returned if the package is opened due to sanitary reasons; we also can't accept returns after 30 days the order has been shipped.

We don't accept returns on custom orders and personalized items. Customers wishing to report a damaged or incorrect order can do so by emailing us at Customer Service.

PLEASE DO NOT return items to us without having contacted us in advance. We will contact you to let you know what to do with the goods that you wish to return to us.

Chargeback Policy

The charge that will appear on your credit card statement will be PAYPAL HANDMADEGIFTS or DIAPERCAKES. If you have any problems with your order please contact our customer service and view our return policy, we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your shopping experience here. does not tolerate credit card fraud, and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.

In the event that you win the charge back with your credit card company, and have not returned our goods, will attempt to recover fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency and your account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. This may severely damage your credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years. At this point, we will no longer accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full. In addition to this, we will work and fully cooperate with local police or sheriffĂ­s department, and file a mail fraud complaint with the United States Postal Inspection Service if necessary.

Note: The customer must attempt to return any and all merchandise to before attempting a chargeback. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Stolen Credit Card Purchases

We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
